AeroPress Coffee Maker = DELISH!!!!!!! →
Since my coffee maker broke, I’ve started using this press that I recieved as a gift and I forgot I had it. OMG it’s a gem. It’s sooo easy. makes delicious coffee or espresso. Better than a French Press!! I recommend anyone who loves coffee get this amazing press!!!!!

Couch to 5K
Has anyone done this begining runner’s training program? I have tried a few times, and everytime I get a through a couple week’s and my motivation weans. I really want to start again and complete this and sign up for a 5K. Do any runner’s out there have any tips on how to be successful, motivated and become a runner??

The dilemma - eating breakfast or not?
I know, I Know. Eating a big healthy meal at breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I get that. I try and I have found some things I can manage to get down for breakfast. But overall, this meal is usually a struggle for me. Number 1 - I’m not that hungry in the a.m. I like to hydrate and drink a good amount of water and I love to have my coffee…but food - not so much. Thoughts on yoga and eating...
I did 60 in 60 — yes that’s right! I completed my 60 day challenge and did 60 bikram classes in 60 days. I feel great! I’m happy like all the time, I’m calm and cool when things don’t go my way, and I think positively.. yay yay yay! BUT - I’ve gained almost 10 lbs!! yes, i know, muscle ways more than fat…and i’m sure this is muscle gain, the problem...
