Thoughts on yoga and eating…

I did 60 in 60 — yes that’s right! I completed my 60 day challenge and did 60 bikram classes in 60 days. I feel great! I’m happy like all the time, I’m calm and cool when things don’t go my way, and I think positively.. yay yay yay! BUT - I’ve gained almost 10 lbs!! yes, i know, muscle ways more than fat…and i’m sure this is muscle gain, the problem is, the fat is layering OVER the muscle!!! I don’t know how this happened, and I know vanity and appearance isn’t why I do yoga - but I woulndt mind having a taut, in-shape “yoga” body…

So, I’m taking a close look at my eating habits. I eat wayyy too much processed crap. I bought a juicer, and I’m really trying to eat Whole fruits and veggies, along w/ nuts and legumes. I”m trying to cut down on packaged food, and animal products. Not gonna lie, I LOVE meat and cheese. So while it might be a great thing to do, I know I can’t become a vegan or vegetarian. But I can definitely cut back and choose wisely. It’s gonna be hard because I ‘ll have to be prepared, bring snacks on hand, and look at labels and spend a little extra on food. But I hope it will be worth it. I hope to lose this weight and feel better about myself phsycially, since mentally things seem to be falling into place :)

Any recipes or healthy food ideas would be appreciated.  How do you all stay in shape and eat healthy??
